Portfolio use
This site presents selected creative work by Austin's Atelier and its collaborators. Client names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify the work and context.
Creative rights
Unless otherwise stated, the site design and writing remain protected. This also applies to edits, photographs, and films. None may be copied or downloaded. They may not be altered or distributed. Sale and commercial use require written permission from the applicable rights holder.
Brand and automated use
Austin's Atelier names and symbols remain protected. The same applies to marks, layouts, and motion treatments. They may not be restyled or traced. They may not be modified or presented as work by another party. Automated scraping and dataset creation are prohibited. Model training with synthetic reproduction or commercial machine learning also requires prior written permission.
No implied endorsement
Displaying a completed commission does not imply an ongoing partnership or endorsement beyond the documented project relationship.
Availability
Project descriptions are provided for portfolio purposes. Services and schedules are confirmed only through a signed agreement. The same applies to scope and pricing.
